AMS is the old name for Add All Off (and Add All Def was DMS).

...Interesting.. it doesn't show it in the "Patch" field here, but some time between my last post and now, they changed "AMS" to say "Attack rating", if you look this up ingame. I wonder if any of the few other items that still listed it as AMS/DMS were also changed....
