Get a Basic Cloak (questable) and combine it with a building kit of Maria's Fashion shop at Uncle Bazzit's store in MMD. (Careful: as of today the tradeskill is mixed up a bit and requires the Leather CLOAK kit to produce this robe, the leather robe kit produces Blackmanes Cloak of Balance!)
