Damn, I got it made at level 23 and it won't let me level it past ql1:
Your Matter Creations is required to be at least 422!
Your Time and Space Alteration is required to be at least 422!
Your Matter Metamorphosis is required to be at least 422!
I can't even equip it at ql1, it doesn't let me, with no reason why...
