Doesn't affect perk heals, stims, IS book, etc, you get the picture ;)

May I ask how you can use IS book, Perk heals etc when you're totally stunned? =)

This is goooooood to kill agents. Slam em up with this one and you'll have no problem whatsoever interrupting their CH casting, and then wtfalphaing them :)
