One of the reasons why this is so awesome is that our fists are actually a weapon item, and the ql of this invisible item depends on how much MA skill you have. I have a rough estimate that +1 MA skill increases your damage by 4 points, whereas +1 AR alone (aka. Offense Modifier) only increases your damage by 0.5 points. So, MA skill is somewhere around 7 times as effective as Offense Modifier, which means attack skill buffs for martial arts makes a huge difference compared to every other weapon type.
