Nice for TL4 twinks, best by far from my experience with them. Don't down a gun when you've never used it. ;P

Is this in any way, form or shape better than an SMG for a TL7 player? I see you're using one Xyboc. ;p

people are dumb. do you seriously think they would use something as inaccurate as 'seconds' to indicate recharge times in the database? wow.

Hehe, well. It for sure gives Fixers a scary alpha when for example hunting heavily camped Dynabosses. ^^ And it sure does the job when it comes too a offhand FA weap. Sicht (lvl 149 twink RK 1) is wearing one. And it seems to be a pretty great weap.

BUT, too my little point in all this writing...

What makes this a fixer weap? Darn, Doc's dont want 15k FA's these days or what? I think this is a great support weap, most certainly better off with this then JAME Blaster. And it allso allows anyone to take lowlvl dynaboss kills. (Instead of soldiers \ agents only, like with dryads)

This weapon is nice for half the profession base, as FullAuto alphastrike (perks included) can drop quite a bit rather fast. Downside is you'll burn all the IP getting FA to a higher level, and swapping to an AS gun takes a good 5 seconds, killing the hotswap gameplay some has come to know with other weapon combos.

Start from "Now this is kinda an oddball weapon. ". Looks nice and the requirement doesn't eat much Ip.

Ditch multi-ranged and focus on Full-auto, perks and you should have no problem getting that 991 FA.

One of the most enjoyable guns to use in battle or just when you are messing around with that npc in his boxers.

Yes... absolutley ... this is a fun weapon .. I've taken two froob fixers to 200 and my new sloob is 190 .. nothing has given me as much fun as this gun ... I made my fixer neut (therefore no FA sleeves) and havent access to AI armor so I first tried a ql 165 version of this gun when I hit the TL5 cap on FA.

The FA's put a big grin on your face ... ofc you know that the spb would hit harder with that FA skill holding you back, but still .... after 190 levels (or if you include the froobs 590 levels of being a moderate hitter ... not exactly a DD profession is fixer) just seeing 6 figure damage come up makes you forget all the facts and just want to have fun! You can forgive all this weapons failings (low damage, slow burst cycle, etc.) because they're not absolutley terrible (it's just that the spb is so damn good) .. and go back to the joy of blowing holes in stuff! ...

I was really enjoying pvp on my fixer when I was hotswapping this, smg and Alsaqri Chemical Rifle. Nasty alpha vs enfos and smg did nice dmg and alsaqri offered fast and pretty reliable AS and equiptime when swapping smg to rifle is 1 second.

Equip time on FANTAGHIRO is 4.5 sec. Equip time on ALSAQRI is 1 sec.
So, switching FROM this gun TO alsaqri is 1 sec. Switching BACK to fantaghiro is what would
take the addl. 4.5 sec.
SO, you put this on, do your hit, burst, FA, switching in 1 sec to rifle, do AS. Hopefully your target is dead, or else indeed you have to waste 4.5 seconds switching back.
Of course, once FA and AS timers are merged in an upcoming update, this post will become obsolete.

uhhm... no, but anyway I think bublo was saying he was swapping this gun for full auto, smg for burst, and rifle for as. Where the full auto can be fired during the swap to the smg, then burst with smg, and swap for aimed shot. I can see it being effective

Hotswapping combines equip times, not uses them individually depending on which wep you swap.

Swapping to alsaqri is 5.5s not including server lag. Rather than trying to repeat what you hear all the time Sturmalfar, actual testing to enhance your knowledge base works well.

What it says is, SMG (Syndicate Messenger Gun) which has no equip time and does chemical damage, and the Alsaqri rifle, which has an easily capable AS and also does chemical damage with a 1 second swap time, work good for good damage pvp. Occasionally (against low evade professions), you'll spend the extra 4.5 seconds to swap to this gun to lay down a capped damage full auto.

Any change to get this on for a s10 fixer?
