increase the amount of damage nano attacks do by the set value; in this case 1%.
ie any program hitting for 100 damage will now do 101 damage

Looking into it further im not sure if it actually does anything since nano damage was removed from the game - ie the nano damage reflect bracer.

yes it actually has enormous influence of the game especially for perk based professions or nano dmg profession (NT / Shade)

No, Terrilocks is right. This thing doesn't modify nukes... If you look at http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=267108
"Modify Nano attack damage modifier 2" - that one correctly works to give +2% nuke damage...
This one doesn't work on nukes, and i'm not sure if it increases perk damage [checked nukes, didnt check perks] |

This doesn't give % to nuke dmg, just adds 1 extra point to anything that is Nano Dmg type. But Nano Dmg was taken out of the game so... this is an obsolete item ;)
