A small crit increase with no real drawbacks (like you'll miss the 1 sense) and no real requirements. Worth making during your stay on newbie island.

A very cheap way to get that +1 crit...and even though that doesn't seem much, with me I noticed I was doing crits much more often

it doesnt display the range...FC just likes to exagerate the item description to make it look and sound cooler

this is a quest reward on Island from the Bio inspector, unless you want to make some to sell, save your creds, and do the quest.

Dot even try to compare this to the Globe....it has an OFF And Deff modifier

now with Arete Landing being the new start area, you are given a recipe from Antonio, to build one

oh, and it adds to all, like Physic int . . . since this data has not been up dated in along long time, this is very miss leading now. Still good for a guide, just not the right data to get an accurate result when theory crafting/building
