Ranged init has been changed to melee, and has mult ranged req has been removed completely. I assume this is nice b/c of the lack of MBS? or just b/c of really low reqs? And where do you find this?

Theses have always been dual...and to my knowledge can only be made with stuff from noob island.
Very good weapon, the range makes it easy to kill anything while running for a long time.
