hardly. it buffs your damage equal to your level, i.e:
level 15 would get +15 damage 200 would get +200 damage

I think Shojumaru summed this up perfectly....Pure Gold, and I couldn't agree more. Also its nice to hear other people in a team comment about how uber this perk is, a DD'ers dream.

It buffs every team member's damage by that member's level, and not the caster's level.
If a level 140 soldier runs this, you don't get +140 damage, but +your_level damage. At least that's what I observed.

it scales according to your level which is nice when you cant add any more dmg buffing items on you.

This pure sweet you in damage and in aggro good luck lol... Its better to have a doc if you plan to tank... when running this perk + FA 15k most of the time...
