Why do you need spare ips? It uses the same skills as energy rapiers and i doub you're gonna get this on before level 205 so its not really a "twink" weapon

10000k spare IP, I dont think anyone has a spare 10million IP, and riposte/pary is easy to level, my 160 adv has a buffed 400 parry without 1 IP into it

Hmmmm.
I'm having visions of an Enf with this on.
Would look pretty nuts...but no brawl and sad perk support probably make this a poor option.
Still...if you really didn't want to look cookie cutter....

No.. you got 7 QL300 symbs because LE made QL300 symbs easy.. you used this because you either use a piercing wep (why? I dont know.. 300 symbs you obviously arent a shade) or you would rather waste IP than camp burden/beast belts.. but grats anyway!
