Everytime i go lookin 4 it some gimp named RACNAR keeps ninja lootin it on me

has this even dropped on any server yet?

What mobs drop this? ^_^

i have an Howlet ql 102 (identicaly like Panther ql 102) .... i bought it with 4 mils and they ROCK baby and it's better even than FBR

Found it on a second Cenobite Shadow kill, first one gave 102 Howlet. I'm open for bids on the Howlet, /tell Enforcon :)

on ely hecks this is better then pp....unless u got 1.1k melee int.....in any way it is still better as u can tank better by moving ur def slider ^^

Better for Aliens, Ely hecks have painful ACs, but not as nuts as the later versions deeper in the SL, the FBR is pure damage, but for tanking, this thing is much better since you can go fulldef easier and still be at 1/1, the FBR's melee init nerf really hurts there, also you aren't taking into account the damage from FA/Brawl which is handy. I'll be the first to admit for damage the FBR is better, but when tanking damage isn't everything.

104 equipped at lv 107 with wrangler 131, skill of the highlander,IC + BEHE, silken legchopper gloves and imps 160 :D

this weapon is a must have for all enf or MP, it's verygood for tanking keeps the mob on you.

Far better then an FBR if your not a regular in SL. My 134 Enf tested both, PvM The PP does waaaay more dmg. PvP FBR gives mildly better dmg, but no alphas at all. Lesson: PP all the way baby!
Seen a 178 Enf with one recently, so must be good.
Oh and FBR = crap nano Init=slower rage/challenger casting which is bad.

hm.. only not for enfo's under lvl 160 cuz of the melee init debuff and when u get lvl 160 better w8 afew for the Queen blade ^_^ only time is slow on queen blade but with the inits u have at lvl 161 it wont be much slower than PP

ow and it also gives a 320 HP bonus so must have for every tank =P

I dun see any '+ 320 Hp' bonus...

Well, i have yet to test it but i just put it on my level 114 enforcer, this is with only wrangle.. all other self buffs not very twinked either...

However, if this is a good improvement on the 102 panther ive had since 85, i will be happy.

Anyway - only 11 more levels to go until FBR :) - should be able to hot swap it and PP with no out side buffs easy enough :)

Oooh, also on the subject of cost, it cost me 2.5 mil, a real bargin :)

FBR is better. Even if as a keeper I could use the pp I would still go for FBR. I'm level 143 and not twinked at all and got 1.1/1.1 FBR speed

PP would be better for RK as it has brawl n fa which adds a few thousands in dmg IMO

got FBR too though.. hits aroun d 1.3k every hit , still darn good

got mine on at 115 as a froob w/ ql200 imps and legchopper gloves (and a 131)

Twinked ql105 Pained Panther on to my Enf (Jedrox) at lvl 109(Froob)!

In just 2 days I will put this on my level 85 Enf! I only need Reaver 1 and 2 to get it on. ;) Some twinking requiered. Got QL 180 - 190 Implants, Long Slank, 2 AI perks, Skill of the Highlander, Behe and IC whoom on it goes! btw Got ql 124 Tier1 also.

Wish they gave froob mp's something to help em get this on, besdies atrox mp.

nice weapon, the best max dmg on any enforcer weapon, and it's radiation, and it's also the best weapon for this requierment
Ql 150 Ofab Wolf Mk 6 =>Damage 211-277 (211) - Melee AC
QL 150 Kyr'Ozch Sword - Type 112 =>Damage 192-252 (192) - Energy AC
QL 105 Pained Panther => Damage 125-625 (125) - Radiation AC

But min dmg are not good at all that make it suxx on SL :/

you could get this on an 81 enf with ql 150 implants.

Got a 101 on my 75 froob enfo i crit for near 2k unbuffed my favorite weapon. What is better than this?

this is why atrox mp froobs are that strong :/

not at all, yes you get silkens but howlet is same damage and you just get brutal thug to wack it on even earlier than a pained panther
trox is good because nano isnt much of a problem for a tl5 mp so trox is doable and the extra health works well for froobs seing as they cant get any good defenses anywhere else, (average mp evades at that level is only about 900+aad)

Trying to equip the 105 on my 100 froob enf, with 160ish imps and various buffs, I seem to be about 70 points off :/
