Solitus can do the stats for ql 300 at lvl 215 :) or even earlier if you waste shitloads of perks into enhance DNA! :p

220 nanomage doc here; equipped the ql300 body just a few days ago with only a modicum of twinkage (no pande belt, no Freedom arms etc)

Im at level 210/9 atm, enfo, resetted perks to stam/str and DNA and have 1070 str and 1105 stam with not much effort. So, 210 at least. If you are a better twinker than me, and have alot more AI levels, bet you can get it on at 207+ or even sooner.

I got on ql 300 pants at 209 far easily , and dJinN , lowest depends on how far your willing to perk reset.

Lev 170 keeper, i got ql 260 chest/legs/helm and bellum armor all equipted, 15kish HP and 10k ACs, i can tank :P

Its very possible on an atrox enf or sold or keeper ( I don't recommend it on a sold :P) at tlv6 seeing how ql300 ofab is possible at tlv5. (1100stam/900str).

Ql 300 ofab is still not possible at tl5. Its users were banned for sploiting.
