ubertwinkers remember - ql75 peren at 100% od's a ql115 peren at 75%....not sure why ppl bother twinking that much weapon onto low level. tested the damages on my agent.

some people rely on OBs to stay 100%

I know my lvl 24 agent with his ql 97 relies on my other agents OB's to stay 100%... lol
but it still works...

With a base rifle of around 11, UA +120 and Premium Wrangle +131, there's your 251 rifle, without implants :p

THen just use a scope for the aimedshot requirement and you're done o.o

ql50 has been numerous amounts of times at level 1. just harder now with the nerf/fix to ncu buff refreshing. not really sure if an agent can do it anymore, because of the lack of ncu.

anyways, with just 100ish imps, and some ai armor, you can easily hold a +110, up to 130 or so with better items non oe with unexpected attack. not that difficult. you'd be completely ob dependent though.

Nvm... it is possible, using a QL 90 on a 30 opifex agent that is not very well twinked.. not wearing any armor atm :P
