Yes. That is, I have never seen it drop and I've killed those two Minx so many times I've lost count. FYI, Howling Minx and Catervauling Minx are their names.

Confirmed drop. While hunting named Imps above Ergo(north in Ely) a Minx aggro'ed me. Killed her, and looted the cool finger. Afaik there are 3 Minx's in this area - 1 at the Ergo-entrance, and 2 on the cliffs above the entrance(one on each side) BTW - sold it for 10M the day after =)

I got a shuffling finger off of catervauling minx in ely North of sabre's cradle...didnt expect it to drop thoe was just killing random dynas...if any1 looking to buy send tinynukes a tell on Rk 2 atlantian

Relatively common now, but I'm sure if you're after it then it won't drop for a while.
