This is great, if you have Yuttos ncu which takes no time to equip you can buff all your buffs, then equip these. Thats like extra 60 evades and inits. Not so great if you have normal ncu though.

Good thing about these is that as a fixer you can just fill your belt with them completly, and with symbiants, armor, and buffs, you still have plenty of ncu.
