this item is'nt crap.. it's a god send for mp's.. and i wish it was'nt unique.. i use it on both of mine esp good if you are melee.. you can cover the -def loss with jobe clusters or symbiants.. token board or even anticipation.. the point to focus on is the OFF.. mp's lack any weapon or off buffs so this helps increase AR which is very important in a world of ma's, shades, fixers, and advy's

it IS nice for lowbie agent twinks when u FP into it...-40 def ain't really bad at all when you consider that a good agent should never let an enemy get in range anyway (thats the theory at least...) and u can get this on at lvl 40 or less when enemy NR is seldom enuff to stop ur roots in pvp.. Damages adds don't do crap with a peren unless u got chaotic modulation going tho :-/

@pafpuf *doh* typo meant 50 :/ took me nearly a year to catch that lol but it IS fp'able and imo very useful unless your going for an evade setup, but in a team agents tend to focus on DD anyway and it can be very nice. only wish it werent unique, WTB one in each slot it goes into....

This thing is nice if your using Frosty or FBR in SL on hecks...+ init to get closer to 1/1 and + cold damage and AR to hit the hecks.
