Actually went out to camp for the stuff to make the 3 tools today. Don't hate me, but I got this one on my second kill. Drop rate must be horrible though because I camped the Dredges, the named Hoathlin and the named Imps all day and got 1 of each of the Spirit Training Programs and two Spirit-Funneling Devices. There is a reason why these are worth so much I guess...

drop rate is rediculous. been working on the helpers for a month now. so far i've bought ervy single item from player shops and have yet to see a single drop. has FC nerfed these now?
