drops from this mob in inferno. I killed it with help of doc and got one in first kill. Be aware though this boss has the longest hp bar ever. Take a o along and u will be fine.

This is a nightmare to get on a Solitus without hitting 190 and getting Genius 3. I had to throw 4 perks in Enhanced DNA, get on 2 Jess pistols, a ring of computing, a full suit of high QL buff armor (nova/sekutek/kirch) and QL 180+ symbiants in eye, head, and ear.
But it was damn worth it.

btw, use symbiants, not implants, much more total buffing since they have both INT and PSY in the same piece.

got this equipped on my lvl150 soli doc atm. also equipped chest and equipping sleeves of boiling blood to get t3 pads on:) not exactly hard
