A nice looking (and functioning) helmet, although in game the blue is slightly less stand-out-ish, and there seems to be a big spike on the front (not in this picture).

now possible to get this on @ 150 w/e LE, no shades. you've gotta be able to cast Enfraam's Cortex Accelerator (which is possible at 150) a set of 200 nova, VTE's, ring of presence. no pistols needed

How did you manage that hero? i have all research done almost all 180 symbs (except eye) and can self cast Enfraam's Cortex Accelerator, but i'm still short about 40 int/psy. I have no shades and no nova, using 200+miy's nano and still can't manage :S
