looks somewhat like bracer of recondite flames from coh

+2 more damage and shields is the only difference

Still very nice for Advy's that they can get same damage type on both weapons.

Well technically they could but I would like to see a froob MA/advy with 1260 BM.

659 BioMet at level 200 for a Froob Solitus Adventurer. With Mocham's (+140), Expertise (+20), Wrangle (+132), you'd get at around 1151 BioMet, which is 109 points short. You can make up these points through equipment like a Soft Pepper Pistol (+14-+28 to BM), White Sack (+5 BM) or Miy's Nano Armor Helmet (+8-+16, depending on QL), VTEs (+6 BM trickledown), Rings of Presence (+8 BM, +9 with trickle), Reanimator's Cloak (+11 to BM), Collar of Amplification (+10 BM), Omni Armed-Forces Pants (+10 BM) or Pants of Azure Reveries (+8 to BM), Breastplate of Spiritual Rights (+6 BM), Proactive/Reactive armor (+2 BM per piece), Unhallowed Carapace of the Infernal Tyrant (+2 BM per piece) and a Massive Cannon Turret tower (+30-+50 BM). It's not easy, but it's doable.

So will the damage, pretty OE... most probably 50%ish, so is that worth the +13 fire damage and some +125 ACs? ^^

On froob I would pair recondition flame with Bloodshed Armband. For ranged the Fast attack req on the bloodshed might be hard, but then again there are no good ranged options for froob advies.

Proof: lowbie twinks with totw shoulderpad on 50% oe.

however an item can go OE but not actaully effect's anything. so the totw shoulderpad on 50% doesn't really proof anything.

I doubt that BM req is doable at 150, at all.
