it has social armor tag, but it's slot is in hud/util? are you able to equip it with normal armor on ? someone must have it :o

i got the armband on my shade... yep its social armor, no chance to wear with armor

You can wear it with all your armor, but you have to equip it last, and re-equip each time you zone. Annoying but still uber.
