Don't you just love people who go ballistic at FC about an item that they have no understanding of how it works, you want HP you got it, you want nano then r-click it and bingo you got it.

I believe the argument is that it only gives 300 of either.. so about 1 hit or 1 nano casting at that lvl.. and it even lowers another skill.. sold for a few mil too.. just kind of - crappy - ish. And it drops in freaking adonis. If I found it on a filth flee in the subs I might consider wearing it (but might not).
