Apply a screwdriver to it to make a standard proliferation unit, this can then be combined with crawler armour to make prowler armour which levels up to QL150.

Anyone know the spawn time on the Alpha Skincrawler?

It is theoretically possible to combine "Screwdriver" with "Damaged Proliferation Unit". But you need at least 500 in MechanicalEngineering.
