FC should put in a buff for either MPs or MAs that adds to bow already. its pretty much the only weapon skill in the game that cant be buffed aside from a wrangle that i can think of, apart from maybe heavy weapons.

Tigress owns this bow hard and dirty, for MP use, though I suppose an MP could look at putting this bow on just to say they did it and be the super hardcore twinker....but nobody in their right or even WRONG mind would actually try to use this in combat....that low min damage alone seals the deal, and the A/R is just hideous
