it's not the damage you need to be looking at. It's the fact that all damage done is guaranteed to be high on average. With the min dam as is, once you get a 3x damage multiplier, your talking no less than 750 min damage, 825 max damage and 1650 crit and that's capped at 1/1. While your other average weapons will probably hit as low as 300 min and the range between 99% of all weapons is pretty large which means, your not guaranteed to get higher than 750 min damage consistantly. In the end, all this weapon means is your DPS will be much higher than most weapons given all other things equal (like crit bonus, damage mods..etc.) And to mention it has the lowest burst recycle of all SMG's to my knowledge.

So just going by the fact it only has a low damage don't tell the whole story. However, the requirements are extremely high and it lacks a large clip (but only 2 sec reload anyway). Also, if this thing was dual weildable, then it would probably be better than 99% of all other weapons in terms of damage per second.

Oh, by the way, Conflagrant Syndicate Messenger Gun is probably a better weapon and easier to get, but that doesn't take away from this weapon at all.
