Seeing how enf get a better end game buff than adv (120 vrs +100) the same 1he perk link, silken legchoppers, that shoulderpad that buffs 1he, yeah I'd say enfo can easier than adv. The mult melee is the tough part, but you can just get a lower req mult melee weapon, since the lower req is the determining factor.

well donger, maybe its because they had Rk in mind, and how hard stuff was to kill back then (think pre-AI) ... just a thought :/

tested this today, its very random on rk, so its only good vs. lowlvl mobs. the crit is better on the mongoose also cause of mbs beeing low on this for a 220. Got a cool splash effect when you hit with it though:P
