Any Cyborg level150+ can drop them...and no specific location required. :) and it was NEVER neutral only. Same as the universal token board. And no Moquai, there are no neutral tokens, unless you mean us "token" neutrals :P They just named it I imagine out of the similarities with the others, or the fact that the Cyborgs (storywise) have tokens, or just something to make Omni and Clan whine more :P

I grabbed one today, killed around 150-200 Cyborgs in Mort before one dropped, very nice little item.

hah, Teiji, drop rate has not been nerfed... i just got 4 of those in about 1 hr or less lol. The drop rate is normal, get them if your lazy and dont want the 1k token board.

also, best place to get them is in PW lvl 190+ borg. Get a NT to kite them for ya (did it for myself)

It's actually an item that was introduced (apparently) after some serious RolePlaying by R.U.R. (according to info on their website)

These things seem to be dropping really frequently now, was in Mort the other day killing borgs when my team had like four of them on the ground, we all had them so they were wasted..total shame, but hey..it shows that the frequency of drops is uber atm.

when im soloing cyborgs in PW i usualy get a drop every 10min....

Mort - cyborg camp.. If you kill every cyborg in the camp 2-3 will drop probably.

I got mine on my second kill.. but went ahead and killed everything for giggles!

They drop from RK mishes... found one today in team/mish ql 214 mish

well you propably killed a cyborg in the mission...

They must have nerfed this or something, iwe been in the camp for 3 hours and not a single one, even went in and cleaned the cave a few times.

got mine after 7 borgs :)

Spent about an hour in Mort, no drop, left because I didn't want to get in the way of froobs levelling there, went to PW, dropped on 4th kill from a Cyborg General.

Mort Borgs took forever to drop it, I had a froob friend tell me if he had one, in the same time I managed to run from mort -> PW and killed 15-20 generals and got 4-5 boards in the time it took him to reply with one.

Moral of the Story: Just hire an NT to farm it for you. I'll do it on RK2 for 2m PM me.

Don't waste your time camping Mort for this... Droprate there is crap. Go to PW (Or any other place with Cyborg Generals) and you'll get it in less than 20 minutes...

Best drop rate in PW. I got mine killing about 30 generals. Uber item for shades, they cant use factioned boards. Nice +25 trat.

Guess I'm lucky. I got one in Mort just the other day. My team let me go ahead and loot it. How generous!

but if you happen to be a 190 trox twinking for t3 and you can't make it (and you dont have 1k board) thats where this comes in handy :D

Makes me laugh how a dozen people all post saying where it drops and how they got theirs....Kill lvl 150ish+ cyborgs end of story.

Drop raid in PW is VERY low.
Best chance to get a drop is missions with (a lot of) borgs in it.

hmm Polartiger thats incorrect. droprate in pw is awsome. I got mine first kill, drops of cyborg generals.

Also don't forget it has playshift req. Which means it can't be twinked on. I didn't see that until too late. 190 trox won't be using this unless he implants it an theirs far better things that can be used in those slots on implants.

Location was "Cyborg Hideout", far north-east in perpetual wastelands. They're a bitch to kill at lvl 115.:p

Ironically I just finished spending hours to get a few more comp lit.. and this buffs by 200! Well, nice buff item anyways.

hmm i've found too many in my cyborg hunting on my enforcer and mp they are a kind of hassle wasting a spot in the corpse that could be used for something to sell XD all my toons lvl 100+ got them in their bank its usefull if you don't want to waste time on 1k board

Alert! Confirmed drop of QL100/TL4 one (with halved modifiers, afaik) since patch 17.7. GOGOGOGOGOOOO for it.

The tl4 Prototype Cyborg Tokenboard is the reward from Sergeant Marion Sweet's quest, at the BB in 4 holes. It does not drop from cyborgs as loot.

From my experience leveling in the dunes north of the PW helipad, the drop rate is around 1%, i.e. 1 for every 100 Borg eliminated.

Ask a PW kiting team. These are a pretty common drop, or at least they are when you are killing 30 borgs at a time.
