-10% cost -29% from IOR -10 from Azure Chest -1% from pred gloves -5 from CoH hood -15 from CPU -15 from symbs that's 15% from normal cost ...with some ql300 spiritual you can meaby get to -100% cost =p that would rox!

Actually the caps are:
55% for nanomage
50% for solitus/opifex
45% for atrox
(Nanomage should really get higher than 55% cap though.. maybe even start with a 10% bonus.. they're freaking NANOmage, ...and they suck.)
