You can get enough Parry without spending IP to get this on, doesn't require to much effort, just requires enough gear

Now that there practically enough +25AAD items for every slot of utility + hud, and they normally add some other bonus as well.. I guess this is obsolete unless you already have it.

Though i personally chose S10 def hud over this because i like 500 HP a bit more then 10 Def. Also my keeper hates roots so 25 NR on top like sugar is hawt :)
