Every tank should have a taunting device, be it this one or one of the other gizmos. Mongo, use the jealousy agg or this one (or da taunta or the library of foul that drops off cyborgs) and preferably spam some taunt perks. It takes so little extra effort to get that extra taunt, there's no real reason for people to not do it.

However you can wear this item if you dont have the psy, u just can't use it. The mods are quite nice if you don't need a communications relay. (utils 3 only)

It has a 6 secound recharge, and whoever can use this probably has -3 skilllockmodifier or more on top. So this is 2k extra taunt at a mob of choice every 3 secounds. Tell me how that can be useless?

This taunter is pointless though look at the best aggression multiplier at http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=152028. Only 200 less taunt with the same recharge for less than half the IP.

But you don't need the psychology req to equip it, just the brawl :) Anyway I'm not saying what is the best taunt tool as I don't have a high lvl enf, seems pretty nice to me.

Engelen: -3 skill lock modifier = -3%, not -3seconds.
Also it's capped at 50% (as if anyone could get that much without gimping)

Somehow I believe the taunt value may not stay at 2000 with the upcoming emphasize of item taunt in exchange for crippled iMongo and iMalice - you read it here first!

let's hope so :) might be nice to add an infuser or something to this as well.
