err... at 213 (soli) I've got 1430CL unbuffed, and I could get 1000 stam without much issue...

I would take hadrulfs belt over this any day of the week.

lol that is like saying "i would take combined armor over azure any day." the fact is the hadrulf belt wasn't even a gleam in a dev's eye when this was put in (along with the other zodiac/beast stuff..)

and from an enforcers point of view, this belt owns every other unless you are twinking, and in those cases, the 3 belts from TNH are better.

What if wearing the APF belt puts you at a 2 second nano delta? :p

Still aint seeing it =/ Why does this outdo the Sta/Str belt's trickle to Weaponskills or the Agi/Sen's trickle to Evades (well moot point on enfs) or the Psy/Int's NR trickle and so forth...Why does +50 to 2 abils or +35 to 4 (plus other misc mods) rank lower than this belt and +10 to 5 skills? =/

The fact it's easy to equip (and obtain) seems to be the main reason to use but that still doesn't make "and from an enforcers point of view, this belt owns every other" logical...

So damn useless now, when you can get a belt with +10 of any ability and much lower reqs

well is better then my 200ql 6 slots belt no special about it....

This should be a little better now since new inf belt...demand treatment + 10 at least.
