This is the best back item for neturals, and especially netural docs. +dmg from 2500 token board is not as important for docs as compared to the HP/nano buff for docs.

Ps. It is relatively easy (lower raid points required as compared to other items) to bid this item from Pande raids.

Although "Comfort of the Sagittarius" is good enough for doc (with relatively low cost), this thing "Sigil of Bahomet" from Beast in Pande is even better at endgame.

yes but sigil is a lvl 215 item and takes 1750 CL to equip (wich is a bit hard, but doable without a token boards +210 buff)
so this one is much easier to equip for docs got a soli doc aswell and even he can reach the reqs with not much problems

To Equip User Matter creation >= 1500 seems to be the biggest problem fore shades considering its a skill they usualy dount use..

Not a great idea for soldiers either, AMS -> 0% effective

neck items, aren't overequipped effected

All Armor is OE effected, rather certain mods arent effected by OE. From my understanding Max HP & Nano is 1 of those mods effected (along with ACs etc), so in AMS, Challenger and NSD logically this would only give Psychic Boosts.

only ac is effected by OE

health is effected...

Generally, anything you CANT IP is affected by OE rules - so HP goes OE, wheras Body Dev does Not.
