For some reason the special is not engaging... no lights, no text no nothing. Any idea why ? (not wearing GA)

Yes it stacks, adds some aad for roughly a minute. Def stance is more or less permanent.

1minute 20 seconds of +1000 AAD at level ten, when combined with defensive stance that should always be running thats nearly equivalent to having GA mk 2 on, thats before you factor in the AAD from Shadow webs and implants
