this isn't drop item, thats quest reward. You need A Page From The Yomi Grimoire and Vanya's Beating Heart. And yes, Ice Golem drops 6x molar for inferno ring, so 6 ppl can gain access to inferno by one Golem, one spot in KT is for 5m, whole price of pattern could be 30m+.

For those who are wondering, about this guy, yes it is quest as mentioned, and he drops 6 molars, nowdays they go 2-3m each.
But if you thinking of taking on this mofo, get an MP or a 220 doc and a sold, he has a 1k nano debuff aoedot , and a 500-600 aoe dot, other than that he is taken down in no time, what is odd I figure I would mention, getting the page of yomi, this is part of the quest that anoyed me the most, after trying so many times I gave up and bought a molar. Just need help if you want to do the quests Shadowlands has to offer, Ado cata bosses can be a handfull for the people not expecting it ( take the north/east side of ado cata to get to yomi) faster and puts you right near his location ( yomi is the Horror boss incase you wondered) and it has been said that the drop rate on the page of yomi off other bosses as mention on several webistes is extremly low, yet to have seen it drop on one for me.
That said, Shadowlands quests are fun and intresting, be it garden sanct or progression, just remeber to have some freinds handy later lvls.

To mention as well, before you speak to the npc that summons Vanya, make sure ther eis no clanners camping in the pen temple, they will wipe him out first chance they get, seen it a few times, sort of sucks, onc ein combat he will not talk.
