Drops from the bosses in the Archaic Dungeon (Un/Redeemed encampment entrances), Elysium and upwards. Rare in Elysium, more common in Scheol.

Heads up to anyone thinking of getting this in Elysium Catacombs, I've been doing it off and on for 3 days straight camping and resetting probably on boss room 30 now and have yet too see one. Pain in the ass is putting it lightly. Droprate either broken or extreme unluck with this garbage.

Drops from LoTV (the lvl 300 mob) as well.

We got both of these from Elysium Archaic on 2 runs :D so +50 to all nanoskills/

gah, been camping the catacombs under the nero unredeemed temple for four days, am i looking in the wrong spot?

i think the problem is, that these only exist in ql 150+. the drop QL in ely is about 100-160. so the chance of these dropping is quite low. guess it's better in scheol, will take a look :)

I had one drop in the ely catacombs off an infector looking thing. Awesome nanoskill bonuses, I would imagine this would be EXELENT for docs.

wouldnt we all, only problem is that you cant use the +100 spirit at lvl 100, might notice that this cant be dual wielded, (Slot Right hand) you can how ever use the other spirit in dual with this to get a +50 bonus to all nanoskills, NTs have no use for this but for docs this greatness

Rare in ely cats. Farmed probably 20 embryos and have seen 2 pensive and 1 watchful while down there.

is some use to a nt who chanced upon this but cant get spec 2 ^^ (VERY low chance of that but meh)
