These can also be obtained from a quest in Elysium given by a Yutto named One Who Has Taken Vow of Truth. Not sure what QL they wind up coming up as, as I've not done the quest yet (it's on my list of things to do).

and the ql drop from the ely quests is 120, like pretty much all the ely quest rewards.

Oh boy, +4 MatCrea at ql 120. It's 4X as good as the sleeves you get from a piece of rollerrat flesh! Yay!
