Don't know about this, but the Malaise of Motivation is found in Pen Garden.
Shanize @ 2005-08-20 19:21
You can buy, Malaise of Fervor in Pandemonium Garden.
Azzy @ 2005-11-28 05:11
this nano and others in line don't stack with doc init debufs.
Bluetape @ 2005-12-10 15:14
indeed. Which is funny, because the Doc's UBT over-rides even the best of this nanoline. Why these are thus level-locked is fairly retarded.
Bluetape @ 2006-02-08 18:43
This nanoline does have SOME use. Specifically, this debuff will land on ANYTHING. This includes alien bosses, pandemoneum bosses, heck it even lands on THE BEAST, creatures that UBT bounces off of. Too bad that it only lasts 1 minute, having to run up to the beast every 60 seconds to re-malaise is some scary stuff.
Aldornaq @ 2006-03-15 10:19
It's very useful. You don't have a Doc to UBT for you around always, this is yet another thing making bureaucrat solo'ing a little less messy. I'd count on the debuffs more than on the black dude with the sword, he is bloody useless :P
Manicmouse @ 2006-12-19 04:23
With Lost Eden "expansion" *couch cough content update* doc debuffs don't work on alien missions. Crats are the init debuffers now.
acrocrash @ 2007-02-07 07:23
Manicmouse @ 2006-12-19 04:23
Incorrect, Doctor debuffs don't work on ranked aliens IE boss room mini bosses and generals, doc debuffs will land on regular mobs some just take a bit of spamming.
acrocrash @ 2007-02-07 07:25
* to add, I didn't include alien missions, (LE) in my last staement, which I was meaning to.
Yakobo66 @ 2007-03-02 12:38
wts ubt not landing on aliumz :(
buttmuffin @ 2007-09-03 21:32
AHHHHH!

i just got pwned by the yako spam :(
Yakobo66 @ 2007-10-01 11:54
everyone is, dont feel bad ^^
Azzy @ 2008-04-16 05:10
It's very usefull on bosses and high nr mobs, cause it has nearly 100% chance of landing and ignores natural resistance to ubt. The bad thing in it - long and capped cast time.
midnytthunda @ 2008-07-24 11:56
does this stack with that new pvp init debuff nano crats have?
Vabla2 @ 2008-08-04 16:49
It does.
Hbar @ 2009-12-07 10:41
Attention to ALL crats: USE THIS. (unless the mob is UBTable and there's someone doing it)
This -> nanite red tape -> improved red tape -> normalized red tape -> workspace depression (can also add red tape if you wanna spam target NCU window real badly)

Must cast on all boss encounters, in that order. So tired of explaining to all the noob crats I teamed/raided with lately.
Heltfeil @ 2010-01-29 14:07
Why would they use this over Zeal? Sounds like a noob suggestion to me.
Hbar @ 2010-02-20 11:36
Yes sorry, meant to post this comment for Malaise of Zeal :)
