u have to loot it from 'blueprint'- mobs ... u have to combine 4 dropitems to get one blueprint, which u can use one special locations in SL to summon special boss mobs there ... u can kill them and of course loot them ... finding also symbiants !!

worth it in any case, cause even the best implant won't reach this one, even if it were only half that good !!!
