Can be done at 180 with a soli doc without too much pain, but a big perk reset. Max Combat Knowledge, First Aid, Genius, and Nano Surgeon, throw the rest in E-DNA. After this, with a medsuit, Cure for Baldness, and QL 200 eye & r-hand treatment imps you should have around 1370ish treatment. More if you're opifex. NS from an NT, buff guns, the agility/sense rings (highest QL you can get on), agility/sense buffing imps - INT should be high enough already due to Genius, NS, and buffguns.

and of course, ES & FG. Research also helps with agility.
