This glyph is needed to upgrade the Jobe Suit Shoulderpads, Helmet and Support System (backslot) to the Advanced Jobe Suit version.

The dungeon is underwater in Adonis, west and a little south from the Lament Lagoon statue exit from the clan garden. If you head to the Unredeemed temple there underwater, the entrance to the dungeon is just a little north from the entrance to the temple.
