Need to wait, great for PvP, one stuns and another one stand shooting on the target while he's stunned for like 15 sec :p

Or use it to keep your enemy stunned while your special attacks (AS, FA, SA, name it) recharge :-p Watch some vids of Stromm he uses this quite a lot :-)

or... use against a melee person in pvp so you use it while they are away from you. Then alpha them one it stops

this is GREAT for alphaing someone while your skilsl recharge, i've found it amazing for fixer especially in combination with jarring burst, burst / jarring burst stuns them giving me time to get behind them then execute grasp and before it finishes (stunning me and oponent) i hit all my perks so they go off right after i stun them, then burst is recharged, it rocks

So this would be even better for MP's:
Attack target fire specials.
Cast CoC on target. Immediately after that runs out fire this and do /disco ftw
Demon keeps attacking while heal pet heals you back up and let your specials recharge(assuming you need that to finish)
I'm sure its not that easy ingame but seems worth a try ;)

also forgot that by the time the stun wears off you would have the ability to recast CoC unless it locks the recharge on nanocasting for some reason.
Assuming all 3 land and are possible thats 15 secs of possible heal and attack time for your pets. = You @ full health, your target either at or near death, and your specials possibly ready to fire again for alpha. Off to test the theory..

Yeah use motr or totw shoulder then use this perk, can avoid the stun effect on yourself.

Wrong Zero, that will not avoid the stun on self. It's not in the "calm" line :)

But no motr doesn't work to stop it or any stun resist for that matter on yourself, still the entire perk line is very useful.

Selkies I have a video of my MA using this while my AS recharges, and right when the stun ends it came up and the other guy went splat. It probably wasn't necessary, but it's perfectly timed.
