ql 30ish from Nesbaneb [and similar] named boss mobs in nasc [south of brawl]
ql 80ish from Nabur, Nebamun, etc named boss mobs in scheol [north of unredeemed temple]
somehwat higher ql found far north east corner of scheol from same mob types (imps) [near named hecklers]

*not sure about higher ql ranges* - pretty sure they cannot be found in elysium.
