Except that on the mobs where you really need to debuff their dodge skill, it won't land as it checks against dodge >.<

So true, so many soldiers don't bother with the dodge debuffs on alot of mobs assuming that because they can already hit the mob there is no need to use them. But by debuffing the mob you create a larger difference between your attack rating and the mobs defense rating which equals more crits :D

Very very useful in PvP also, hit them with tracer fire first (only a 75% defence check on tracer) then this and Triangulate and watch how quick an advy/MA/shade goes down ^.^
