The Pure Novictum rings drop off Arachnis, the boss mob in Inferno static dungeons. He drops one each time of random type so if you're unlucky it'll take a while :( After killing him log out or blitz out again and leave for 20mins to let the dungeon reset.

8 mins is enough. It resets after 7.5 or so.

Nano delta would be a very nice added bonus. Inf act I'd rather have that then the heal delta.
