I hate how these rings don't give primary stats.
Support should give stam/psychic+nanodelta (rather then Healdelta). Goofy crap. Agility/Sense is worthless to both MP and Doc. Adventurer should be using the Infantry ring.

the sense/agility is the main skills for the support symbiants. It makes sense that they would put those 2 skills here as well. Not good for mp/doc really other than for symbiants I guess but I use the Ring of divine teardrops really for equiping.

Heal Delta and 7%XP is always welcome IMO, for any profession, and +10 BM/MM isn't horrible for docs either.

It's not meant to be game breaking but rather an augmentor, it gives nice stat adds for a ring.
