Best place to farm this is in and around nero in elysium. Chapter 1 also drops there as well, so you can farm for both at the same time ;)

Camped Unredeemed temple near Nero in Elysium. Chapters 1-4 looted from named mobs inside and just outside the temple.

Can't believe nobody's posted this yet, you loot all of them from named sided mobs, it's about a 50% drop rate on them as compared to a 1% on the unnamed, for Omni loot it from Shunpike temple in and around.
