120% evade close - not very usefull on evasive proffs in PvP, but great with most of the support ones :)

bartje, it isn't said that the damage sucks, it is just said that it will be HARD to land it in pvp because it has a high defense skill... :)

That is what makes it suck, only of use vs high HP mobs. Cant even imagine try to use it in pvp.

And I doubt mongo rage would make a difference in landing this, MR buffs attack rating not martial arts skill which this perk uses.

it affects addalloff, which also is added to all perks,
And on AR perks its AR+AddAllOff again, so its a messed up system.
