oh boy, 19% chance of stunning for 3 seconds, and 100% chance of about 100dmg. uber!
And the "followup smash" will only do about 100dmg too unless the stun worked. Blegh.

Opens up a great notum repulsor perk. Not sure if anyone has made a notum repulsor MA before but i think i am gonna give it a shot.

Slight problem for N.R ma people have over looked and some never bothered. No heals, No crit nano's, no dmg nano's, few other important ones, that can make the ma gimpier.
So you would have to seriously have some "out the ass" twinking to servive the hits.

Tried NR MA Trox with gimpiest setup possible at 160, got freshy off NT docs traders crats etc.
Have a healer with you and you are pretty durable. Can still get MoP and MA mastery, its not as strong atr and damage wise but you can have 7k NR, and you constantly drain opponents nano and kill their nano inits.
