Not really, the best thing about this perkline is the energize special, these are just little bonus damage perks...better than nothing but not really ubar - although the stun can be very nice when it lands )

but for fixers it again is junk because u will never have th ranged energy to make this work on your oponents

If you are Opifex, hit your shadowbreed and it'll hit apf generals :P
But I agree it's the Energize perk that sells this line.
